Hello colleagues and friends of the CEC,
We are pleased to be inviting you to our 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the York University - TD Community Engagement Centre on Thursday, October 28th 2010 from 6 pm – 8 pm at Shoreham Public School (location to be confirmed)
1) Attached to this email you will find the Annual Membership Form. We ask that both current CEC members and new members fill it out and return it to us by October 15th, 2010. On the form, we ask you to indicate:
- Whether or not you plan to attend the AGM.
- Whether you are interested being/continuing to be a general member, volunteer and/or committee member of the Centre
2) Please return the attached form to us either by:
a) filling it out electronically, resaving it with a new name and emailing it back to yorkcec@yorku.ca
b) faxing it back to us at: 416 650 6464 c/o Shaila Khan - CEC
c) dropping it off in person to the CEC office, on the 2nd floor of YorkGate Mall.
Note: Again, the deadline to complete and return the Annual Membership Form and RSVP for the CEC AGM is October 15 2010.
